About this property

Newly renovated, near Cape Cod National Seashore Visitors Center

This newly renovated, air conditioned, pet friendly Cottage is located on the same large private lot with a main house and overlooks a large grassy fenced yard. Perfect for lawn games or fetch. A private patio area that's great for morning coffee or enjoying the catch of the day. A large circular driveway and separate parking areas with room to bring your boat or kayaks. Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beaches are only minutes away. The bike trail to the beaches and Cape Cod Rail Trail are a quarter mile from the Cottage. This is our second rental property and is new to the market. Beautiful stay in Eastham.

We had a wonderful time staying at the cottage. Communication was very clear and timely. Information on the website was accurate and descriptive. The place was very clean and very well appointed with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Rob & Lori thought of everything. Looking forward to booking again.

Perfect getaway

We loved staying here -- great location, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable cottage with lots of thoughtful details. It was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. Hope to return next year!

Wonderful Cottage in Eastham

What a wonderful spot in a fabulous location! We stayed here the last week in July- my brother and his family rented the larger house on the property- truly great to be all together but to still have our own space. Bob was great and promptly answered all our questions. The property is impeccably maintained and the cottage is in excellent condition and was very clean . It is very well appointed with everything you would need. I fell in love with the outdoor shower while my husband loved the indoor one! The cottage maintained a perfect temperature on a hot week with the mini-split AC. This location is excellent- being close to all the beaches and has a lot of privacy from other neighbors. We will definitely rebook this place, if available for our next trip to the Cape

The best!

This is our second time staying at this house and we love it! It’s the perfect location, close to the national seashore and great restaurants. Our dogs love it too. We can’t wait to go back.

Beach house

The cottage is pristine and has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. It is very conveniently located to the beaches and restaurants. The owner is close by if any questions arise and he is happy to help. This was our third time staying there and I’m sure that we will be back again!

A great stay, again!

Our second stay here did not disappoint at all. It's perfect for us. What really struck us this time is how ideal the location is—from proximity to beaches and restaurants, to the fact of the easy on-off access to Rt. 6. We've stayed at other places that didn't have a traffic light intersection (with a luxurious arrow!) w/ Rt. 6 nearby, and it was a big frustration. Unfortunately with the traffic on the Cape this is now a necessity for us that I wouldn't have considered to be worthy of comment—but it is!

Incredible Location, Perfect Size

Wow, what an incredible experience at Bob’s property. Everything is perfect, from the location to the finishes inside the space. As a couple celebrating our anniversary with our dog we found the stay to be absolutely ideal. The front yard is large as is the shared driveway, sitting on a quiet road across from the National Sea Shore Salt Pond visitor center. You’re only two turns from Route 6 and can shoot up and down the cape easily, as we did, covering the whole length. The kitchen has new countertops/ cabinets, Keurig, toaster, electric range, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee pot, etc. Beautiful updated bathroom and shower, large King bed, & a comfy couch were some of the interior highlights. Television has Apple AirPlay so you can mirror any of your apps but also has preloaded apps. Plenty of natural light but also blinds and blackouts if you wanted to sleep in. We were so lucky this was available and are already planning with extended family to hopefully stay again, utilizing the cottage and also master house on the same property! Bob was available when needed and maintains a beautiful home away from home.

Perfect rental for a couple

If you’re visiting the national seashore, this is a great location. The property is well-kept. There are many restaurants nearby. In the spring, the property is extremely quiet.

Lovely cottage

My husband and I and our miniature Goldendoodle enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Our dog loved playing in the fenced in yard. We enjoyed biking on Cape Cod Rail trail, touring Cape Cod and daily ferry excursions to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Highly recommend this cottage, great location and property. We had a fun and relaxing getaway.

Beautiful home right near Nauset Lighthouse

We really enjoyed our three-night stay. The place is beautiful and bed was super comfortable. We needed a centrally located place so that we could explore the Cape and it fit the bill. Perfect rental for a couple looking for a getaway. Also, the owners are great communicators and very flexible. We planned on bringing our dog and when we didn’t, they refunded our Pet Fee. It was a nice treat after an excellent Cale Weekend.

Just perfect!

We had such a wonderful stay here and truly can’t wait to come back! I spent a weekend in this beautifully renovated, super CLEAN, delightfully comfortable home with my boyfriend and Maltipoo. This adorable home looks better in person and we loved the layout. The King bed in the bedroom was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The dining room has an adorable bay window where you can look out while you drink your morning coffee. We felt very safe in this home, all windows and doors had really good locks and have new shades / blinds for privacy. I mention these details specifically because we have stayed in other homes before where these features were non existent. The kitchen has everything you need to make quick meals and the grocery store is only 5mins away. The grounds to the home were very well kept and the pathways to the front door were clear. The location of this home was perfect, only a short ride to a pond and the beach. Bob and Lori are lovely hosts that responded right away when we had questions, so kind and helpful. Checking in and out process was so easy! If you can find availability for this home, book immediately, you wont regret it.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Eastham, MA

My husband and I felt very much at home in this cottage! Pet friendly so our English Bulldog enjoyed the yard. Check-in and checkout very simple! Hosts are very easy to communicate with! They are truly Premier Hosts!

Overall fabulous stay! It was perfect for the two of us and our two german shepherds. Great location quiet area. A few suggestions- a mat in the bathroom, a radio, extra towels and toilet paper. I would highly recommend this place and would love to return again.

Perfect!

This was the perfect place for my partner, myself and our dog. The dog loved the large yard and we loved everything about the cottage, including the proximity to the beaches and other towns we like to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

An absolutely wonderful spot! We loved our stay. The cottage has been beautifully renovated. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed for a great stay! Wonderful yard. Loved beating my husband at horseshoes! Group of 10 wild turkeys paid a visit. 5 minute drive to the beach. Close to everything the upper Cape has to offer! Bob and Lori are fantastic hosts, super responsive and fun to work with! Thank you for a great stay!
