This special 100 year old building was built to recreate the famous NYC Flat Iron building in Manhattan. It was fully restored and renovated in 2024 and includes gated downtown parking. The exteriors historic beauty was preserved but the interior is 100% new! It captures the elegance and luxury of a high end Manhattan building while complimenting the historic charm on the outside. It is truly an incredible and unique guest experience in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga that can't be matched.

I live close by and can be available by phone or in person quickly if needed. Providing excellent service and an amazing experience for our guests is our highest priority.

This luxury condo is located in arguably the best location in all of Chattanooga! There are amazing restaurants in almost any direction you walk and Gated parking is included with a dedicated spot. The area is very safe any time of day and anything down town Chattanooga is a stone throw away!

You will have access to the entire Condo other than a locked supply closet.

The gym is available 24/7 and there is a dedicated gated parking spot.

Gated parking is included with the unit and you will have 1 dedicated spot. There is free parking outside of the building if needed for an additional vehicle. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and everything downtown is a short distance away.

This condominium is located directly across the street from the Soldier and Sailors Memorial Theater.

Safe and spotless

The holder for the TP was missing, other than that the property was spotless and centrally located in a safe and clean building. Interaction with the property managers was seamless. Highly recommend

Great location

Everything was wonderful. We were a little out of the way from all the hustle and bustle of Downtown, whilst still being downtown. We had a great time and will revisit again in the future.

Have you ever stayed at a luxury hotel and wished that it had a living room area, kitchen and laundry room?Well, here it is! Great location in downtown Chattanooga.We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in the area.

Great Location!!

Overall the condo was beautiful and in the perfect location to walk to everything. We enjoyed the fact we could walk and didnt have to pay for parking. I will say the bed was very firm and there's no curtains so if you're used to a dark room and softer bed it may be hard to sleep. But in my opinion that's per each person's preference so I'd still give it a 5 star for the location and it's a beautiful condo inside

Perfect Downtown Lovation

My wife and I stayed for two nights in Chattanooga and could have stayed more! The space was cozy and comfy, the kitchen functional normally, the master bathroom is spacious with a great shower! But the location, the views and views he beautifully displayed history is the winner here! Chattanooga is charming and lovely. We found ourselves quite smittened

Perfect getaway

Perfect spot! We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do in the downtown area. The decor was on point. Very stylish. Very clean. Will say the mattress in the bedroom is very firm.

Best check in directions we have ever read! Flat is lovely. We walked to the Warehouse Shops and the River front. This rental is perfectly located between both. Nice and quiet, good mattress, parking, and very safe

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is new, so everything was fresh and clean. The views out the windows are of the historic courthouse across the street, and the views inside are of stylishness and comfort. The location is within walking distance of lots of cool stuff. Next time we are in Chat, we will be checking to see if this unit is available.

Chattanooga werkend

We had tickets for a show at Soldiers and Sailors Auditorium for Friday night but they cancelled the event at the last minute. We couldn’t cancel the VRBO so we went and just hung out. We had a very relaxing weekend and a great night at Universal Joint on Friday. Great pizza at Community Pie on Saturday and a peaceful night at the condo Saturday night. Beautiful location in the heart of Chattanooga. Highly recommend.

Exceeds Expectations

Only thing I did not like about this was the fact that I do not own it, myself. My first time for a stay over in Chattanooga but will definitely return and book this exact unit. Exceeded my expectations which is hard to do. 😜

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean and comfortable. Also convenient for walking to the riverfront area and shopping and restaurants. And right across the street from the auditorium. It was a lovely place to stay!

Stay in Chatt and visit w/ granddaughter were wonderful. Condo was very clean and well decorated. Enclosed gated parking was great. It was in a location that made almost everything we wanted to do walkable.

Chattanooga Getaway

We had a great time in Chattanooga for the Wine Over Water weekend. The condo was in a perfect location for exploring on foot with easy access to the Riverwalk for morning runs. Plenty of restaurants close by and secure parking!

Beautiful little condo right in the city!

This is the cutest little condo and it’s in a great location! The condo was perfect for the two of us and was so conveniently located that we almost didn’t even need a car. Great restaurants, breweries, bakeries, etc… all within easy walking distance. The only day we needed a car was when we drove up to Lookout mountain for hiking. This was the best spot to stay and the free parking spot made it perfect. Would highly recommend and we will make sure to book again next time we are in town!

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, walking distance from major attractions.

My wife and I stayed here with our 10 year old son for an end of summer vacation and had the best time. We love visiting Chattanooga but usually dread the drive and traffic so staying within walking distance from the hot spots was great! Beautiful updated apartment and building, we will definitely book again for future trips! Shaun was awesome, very helpful!
