Los Pinos D-24, Spacious 2BR Condo in an Amazing Location

The complex provides you a great location, just a short slide to the snowflake lift, access to the Upper Village pool, and onsite hot tub, and an easy trek to all your favorite Breckenridge locations. The 2 lifts are a short distance away for easy access to peak 9 and there is free wi-fi, a 12 person hot tub on site and free access to a large heated indoor and outdoor pool a short drive or 5 minutes walk away. The condo provides a heated garage and driveway offering space for 2 cars and all your ski gear.

Inside the condo, you will be wrapped in mountain comfort, beginning with the cozy fireplace, comfy furnishings, and vaulted ceilings. The dining area is outfitted with a six person table, and lies just adjacent to the granite covered kitchen. The kitchen is open and inviting, offering plenty of space and hardware to cook up a snow storm. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the master bedroom has a nice big king bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The garage is on smaller side, so larger vehicles will not fit. This condo has stairs leading up to the front door. There is a washer and dryer in unit.

Convenient, comfortable location for a Breckenridge stay

We had a family trip to Breckenridge, 5 total. The condo was very spacious, everything in working order, and easily accessible. You could walk to the Beaver Run lift (about 8 mins) or even closer, to the Snowflake lift (less than 5 mins). I would stay certainly here again.

GREAT LOCATION

Fantastic location to hop on the snowflake lift & hit the slopes! Truly ski in/ski out. Rooms, bathrooms, living spaces, amenities were fine. Just to note…there is an outside flight of stairs and another flight of stairs up the front door. Would stay here again for sure!

Great location for family holiday

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well laid out. The ski-in/out part was down a short path across the street. It was a little tricky but really quick and fun. Heated garage was terrific, plus room for one more car when my friend visited. Beds were comfortable and place was warm. We like to stay in and cook. They had pots and pans, but it would be great to have some large serving bowls or platters for a big meal. Overall a terrific place at a great location. Thank you!

Place was very nice. I should’ve looked closer at a map as it was listed as ski in ski out access although the lift was a couple blocks away needing to walk rather than ski. Also had a parking issue with the “owner” underneath us that seemed entitled to our spot although we told them we would be coming in and out with the car so blocking us in the garage wasn’t an option.Other than that the place was as advertised, fireplace was nice, heat worked great, heated garage was awesome for our snow gear and the rental agency was very responsive. Would rent again.

Great Spot

The property management couldn’t have made it easier and they checked in with me to make sure I was settled in. The property was just as described and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location, walk to the snowflake lift.

Cozy, clean and wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The communication was great, and the property management team was very responsive. We loved the location and ease of accessing the Snowflake lift and town! It is a cozy condo and has all the basics needed to cook meals, relax and enjoy a nice gas fire !

Everything was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 people. Excellent location! Easy shuttle and ski in and out access. Would absolutely stay here again. Garage was a plus too. Loved the radiant heat!

Nice condo, convenient to lift and town!

This was a great location for our skiers (close to lift) and non-skiers (close to town). We had plenty of space, and the condo was well furnished with everything we needed. The property managers were easy to communicate with, and very responsive to questions. Would recommend, and would stay here again. Thanks for an easy stay!

Great location. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Clean. Understand asking us to take out our garbage and run the dishwasher, but did not appreciate being asked to spray and wipe down surfaces before departure considering the $$ we already pay for cleaning.

Owner switched our rental to a downgrade

We were moved to a different location because the owner decided to use the condo the week we were scheduled to stay. We were bumped to Sundowner II. The primary bed was soft, was worn out, and caved in the middle. WiFi did not work despite contacting management. The whole place felt tired and worn. Moved out mid week and doubled up with other family in another facility

Clean and Comfortable

Very Clean, quiet, all needed things were there. Communication on how to get there and how to get in was excellent. Couldn't get into the garage but ended up not needing it. There are 34 stairs to walk up to get into the unit. Was not a problem for me but good to know for others who may find that challenging. I would definitely rent this unit again.
