Sunny Florida style home with a beautiful covered pool located near the ocean.
This a beautifully decorated Florida style house with 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen open to the living room, a fabulous Library room and a complete laundry room, 2 car garage and relax by the beautiful heated pool area where there is always some shade and lots of comfy chairs and dining table, completely screened in so no bugs or leaves. Small well behaved pets are welcomed. Located in the prestigious Sebastian Highlands close to the ocean and just 1/4 mile from the Sebastian Golf Club.
Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to take to the Ocean are available in the garage. And the kitchen is well equipped with all the guests and friends would need to an enjoyable stay. There is a propane BBQ on the pool deck and after swimming a handy shower with lots of pool towels too. The storage bin on the deck has children's pool toys and life jackets.
If you see small planes in the sky above the pool, the local Sebastian Airport has a Skydiving training center. It is super fun to watch the skydivers on their routines. Some nights have night diving!!!

Carol and Richard have rented out properties via VRBO and rented a former house in Arizona. Now we have one in Sebastian Florida. We are Canadians enjoying the warm winter weather of Florida November to mid-April and letting other people rent the house mid April to October each year.
Why they chose this property
The local neighborhood is very quiet with easy access to Walmart and Home depot plus lots of very good restaurants oceanside and in town. Grocery stores (Winn Dixie and Publix) are just 5 minutes west of Sebastian Blvd. If you need more shopping experiences head south to Vero Beach 15 minutes south on US 1. Access to large beaches is on the eastern side of the barrier islands via Wabasso St south of US 1 again about 15 minutes.

The house is designed and decorated in an ocean side style which is fun and comfortable with lots of amenities and a fabulous pool area.
