My name is Tim Lyons. My wife Anne and I have owned and operated the Ocean State School of Gymnastics in Rhode Island since 1980. We are now semi-retired and have sold off some residential properties that we've been managing for 40 years and decided to move our rental property program south. We're good at it and we try to be the best hosts that can be. We will go to great lengths to make your stay comfortable and problem free. We are also very accessible. Right in the hot spot of downtown Ft. Lauderdale but one block back from Rt. A1A in the calmer more peaceful area of downtown. Walk to a small cafe or dine in one of many upscale area restaurants. Shopping everywhere. 15 minute walk to Las Olas Blvd.

Beautiful new building with two roof top heated pools. Restaurant / bar next to one of the pools. Contemporary upscale condos with all the amenities. Walk to several small indoor/outdoor cafe's.
