This is a fabulous duplex penthouse in Vieira Souto, one of the main postcards of the city of Rio, it has wonderful views of the sea and the Dois Irmãos natural park.
The first floor of the penthouse is the entrance hall that includes a large room with three environments, living room, dining room and TV room with great space to enjoy movies and series and has high-speed internet.
In the bedroom area, still on the first floor, the penthouse has four bedrooms, two of which are spacious and air-conditioned suites, one of which is connected to the fourth bedroom, 1 social bathroom, furnished kitchen and service area with complete dependence.
Access to the second floor is via a staircase and has a living room with a support kitchen, with a pleasant terrace with a panoramic view of the Ipanema waterfront, toilet, air-conditioned master suite connected to the balcony.
