Welcome to the popular beach of Fenwick Island Delaware. Located in the heart of Fenwick Island the cottage is just two and a half blocks from the beach making for an easy walk that includes a traffic light to cross Coastal highway.
Enjoy sunny days on the beach and relaxing evenings in the quiet and peaceful back yard taking in the sunsets. The outdoor dining area is perfect for a cookout or enjoying Maryland crabs. Going out is easy as many restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
The house offers three spacious bedrooms. Primary bedroom offers a queen bed with a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms offer full beds with a full trundle bed underneath as well. One more full bathroom in the hallway. The Kitchen is fully equipped with table seating for eight. A 55 inch smart TV for your entertainment hangs in the living room.
Parking for three cars in front of the house.
