The Cottage was very clean. Loft bed was not used, ones we did were comfortable. One thing that would have eliminated some phone calls to owner would be to have a book with information about the expectations upon check in and check out. As well as a few restaurants recommendations . Also a note on how to lock door if you aren’t able to fix. It was a wonderful place once we figured things out, as we were new to the area. And older!
Very nice and clean cottage. Loved the coziness, and it was close to the university where went to a girls basketball game,go Huskies! Host was quick to respond back with questions I had. We had a very enjoyable time. Would definitely return.
I was traveling in to visit family and wanted to be close and have a place to hang out with everyone. Unfortunately, the weather was not our side and it rained most of my stay. Very sad, haha.
That being said, the home was great and the property was well taken care of and top notch. The host was easy to communicate with, as well. BOOK IT! :)
What can I say?!? This adorable little cottage was amazing. It had everything you will need to call it home for a week. It was centralized in the right area for all the activities and day trips we planned. My husband is never been to NE and once we arrived and stepped inside, he told me to put our house up for sale. He loved it and it gave him the warmth family feeling that I talk about all the time. The loft is a bit warm but with the AC on, it cooled down pretty quickly. It was easy access to get in and out with the automatic locks. No keys involved. The host was super helpful and responds pretty quickly. I will say the only thing that I would change is the window on the back door, early morning sun light comes in as there were no curtains on it. Other than that, I would give this 10 stars if I could.
This quaint cottage was a perfect spot for our New England adventures, close to all the things we wanted to do and family we wanted to visit. The house was a great escape and the lake is perfect. If you ride bikes, the roads are unmatched!
