Description:
Vaulted wood ceilings in this A-Frame style home make it a quaint retreat from the modern world with a light and airy feel. Lava Top 1 is located off Beaver Drive and just a short distance from The Sunriver Village and SHARC Facility. Outdoor amenities include a BBQ, located on a good-sized deck, perfect for cooking and dining al fresco. There is also a carport for parking and bikes for riding around and exploring the 30 plus miles of trails offered in Sunriver. Make all of your vacation memories in this charming home tucked away in Deschutes National Forest.

Bedrooms:
Both of the bedrooms are located on the main floor of the home. The first bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom also has a Queen sized bed.

Loft:
The loft upstairs has two twin beds, overlooking the Living room.

Living:
In the Living room, you can kick your feet up in front of the fire and watch your favorite TV show or movie.

Kitchen:
Dark stained, wood cabinets line the Kitchen. Accenting so nicely with the light wood siding of the cabin-style home.

Dining:
The Dining room is just adjacent to the Kitchen with seating for six and a clear view of the Livingroom.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. GREAT, STRESS FREE STAY

The house completely met our expectations. Check in and out was super easy. The house had everything that we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. As other reviews said, some of the furniture and carpeting are very well loved but they also allowed our dog into the home so we didn't feel as super concerned about him walking about as we would have if it were to have new light carpet, so that was a plus. We slept well, cooked our food, washed our laundry, rented movies, and enjoyed the area stress free. There is a train track very close but we barely noticed any sound in the house. We would stay here again. Thank you for having us!!!

Perfect for a week.away

My wife and 1yo stayed with our dog as well. We had no issues and the place was in a perfect location not to far from the village and SHARC pool. Plenty of bikes available to ride all week. If you're looking for a little cabin for your small family, this is it.

Great locations, missing some basics.

The property is in a great location and offers some fantastic amenities with SHARC passes which include the use of the Sunriver pool, tennis courts etc. The house itself was clean and worked for us since we were out and about most of the time. It did lack some basic amenities that I would expect at a VRBO such as cooking spray, oil, foil etc. The listing said it had a spa but did not indicate that it was a community spa so we thought we had one at the house which was a bit of a bummer. Overall it was a good stay.

Our favorite little cabin!

This was the 4th time we’ve stayed here at this cabin, we always really enjoy it. Great location, nicely equipped and maintained, and has that rustic feel that we want when we get away to Sunriver. I’m sure we’ll be back soon!

Great place for a getaway

This is a cute cabin in Sunriver and was great for my family of three. We could have had at least two other guests with us due to the spacious loft. Well appointed rental, I just wish they had some k-cups for the Keurig, either complimentary or for purchase. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is located in Sunriver, Oregon. The location is great as it offers activities for everyone of all ages, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. The house is clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The décor is a bit outdated; nevertheless, a great house!

A decent stay

Over all for the price, what you pay is what you get. The description was clear about no Hot Tub etc. and the prices were understandably low. The container with dish washer soap pod was having mold in it and probably due to that (or may be the dishwasher had some issues) when we washed dishes the utensils would smell up - water and plumbing was our early guess but when we washed something by hand using the dish washing liquid the smell was gone. There were cobwebs in places so cleanliness may need to be improved upon. The grill had lot of access oil under the grill plate and wasn't clean. So, when we started it that all started to burn off. Could have been dangerous if we were not careful but yes the first batch was charred. The blender broke as soon as we started to use it to prepare lunch one day and a replacement when requested took some time. We managed by switching our lunch menu to dinner. Understandably, during these days they may be short-staffed like most others but we did not get delayed too much for the replacement. However, this was not over all the Sunriver vacation that we have got used to enjoy as a family over the years - partly also because of all the fires around and most outdoor activities getting canceled. We could not cancel closer to the day also because of the reservation policies but cannot foresee the AQI much in advance.

Cute and dog friendly cottage

This is not the first time I’ve stayed in a Sunriver property manager by cascara rentals. They have continuously been responsive and great to work with. This cabin was a bit older but very cozy. It was especially great for the dogs.

Cozy, great location

Great division of space, cozy, but plenty of room for people and dogs. Sort walk to SHARC and the village. Should have a note by the fireplace the flue lever is on the inside of the chimney.

Great house for a long weekend stay.

We were looking for a place to spend 3 nights with our older teenage daughters and our two dogs, and Lavatop 1 caught our eye. The house was clean and centrally located, close to the Sharc and the village. The carport was great to be able to park the car in, and the upgrades to the house for the kitchen and bathrooms gave us everything that we needed. Communication with the rental company was good, timely, and the site provided a detailed breakdown of everything from the check-in to the check-out and everything in-between. We will search for this one for our next trip to Sunriver.

Cozy Cabin!

We loved our stay at your Sunriver home. It was the perfect cabin-cozy feel that we were looking to escape to! Everything was updated, the beds were comfy, and all 4 of us were able to do our work and school Zoom meetings simultaneously. We'll definitely consider staying here again!

Nice small cabi

Cabin is nice. It is small but it worked fine for 3 of us. Bathrooms and kitchen updated and clean. The interior is a little dark with random assortment of lamps that do not quite do the job of making it easy to read at night etc. It could use some new bed pillows most were pretty flat. The nearby train can be loud but I guess that goes for a lot of Sunriver.

Open, clean, updated Sunriver home.

The house was clean and includes tasteful updates. The many electric fans were appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked for dishes, utensils and kitchen ware. The large dining room table allows for projects, games and eating to all take place. Be aware with COVID 19 restrictions you will need to plan to bring all your own condiments, cooking oil and spices. CASCARA was very friendly, professional and responsive during our stay. I agree with other reviews, the beds are not the best.
