***EXAPANSION UNDERWAY*** Verdin 6 is adding an Additional 400 sq ft Bedroom/Playroom and full bathroom with Shower. There will be 4 Queen beds in the form of Bunk Beds and a large Smart TV. This room will be accessed off the back Primary Bedroom. Work has already begun and will be finished and useable by June 2025 to accommodate the extra guests. Plus there's the new addition of a 50 amp plug for recharging electric cars (bring your own cable)! No work will be done while guests are in house. Description:
This four-bedroom (FIVE BEDROOMS STARTING IN JUNE) home has a stacked stone gas fireplace in the living room and a state-of-the-art 65" TV with a soundbar. The home has 5 TVs. The marble and wood accents throughout the Dining room and Kitchen give you the rustic, forest feel, that you want when you come to Sunriver to get away. But with all the updated amenities that you actually need to enjoy your home away from home. Out in the garage, you will find parking and 10 bikes that will get you out and about on the 40 miles of trails in Sunriver.

Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom is the primary bedroom, which houses a King size bed with a full bath, Jacuzzi tub, and dual-head shower.

Bedroom 2:
The second primary bedroom houses a King size bed.

Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom houses a Queen size bed.

Bedroom 4:
The fourth bedroom houses a Pyramid style Bunk bed.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

Things of Note:
After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Pet Policy:
This home does allow pets! Cascara has a pet fee of $20 a night, per pet.

Security Cameras:
This home has security cameras. There is a front yard security camara as well as a back yard security camara. None are able to see any private areas and do not record audio.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
