Enjoy a private gulf-front balcony accessible from the living area or King master bedroom with its en-suite bath. The second bedroom also offers a King bed plus twin bunks, coastline view, private kitchenette, and en-suite bath. The sizable third bedroom features a King bed and set of twink bunks, perfect for families. The kitchen is fully stocked with a regular drip coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, blender, and all essentials for family dinners.

Sterling Breeze amenities include a hot tub, poolside seating, wine bar, and fitness center. Conveniently located just steps from Pier Park, the state fishing pier, and all the excitement of PCB. Things to Note:
- You will receive your door code to enter the unit 3 days prior to your check-in date.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this property.

- When you arrive at the Front Desk you will be charged $50 for a packet that contains your parking passes and armbands. One additional can be purchased for $50. A third can be purchased but we must pre-approve space in the parking garage. (Depends on occupancy). No boats, RVs, Camper tops are allowed. - Please note that we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish / laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything needed beyond that.
There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation.
