Nicely updated, cozy, North Ocean City, ocean side 1BR 1BA condo. Very nice view of the ocean between buildings from the large balcony. Dedicated parking spot, full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer. Just steps from the ocean and the beach and walking distance to the Fenwick Inn / Vista Rooftop, Taphouse Tavern, Sushi, Caribbean Mini Golf, Billy's Subs, Victoria's Crabhouse, Ponzetti's, King One, shopping & MORE!
Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX
The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old. NO events & no smoking.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
