One of my favorite places in the world to visit has always been the theme parks in Orlando. When I was younger I used to go with my family every year and now that I am older I thought having a home nearby would be great way to enjoy the area. I wanted to extend my home to other families to make the same memories I made.

Neighborhood is small and quiet. It's perfect for a family wanting to be close to the theme parks but also enjoy quiet comfortable environment.
