This well maintained unit is immaculate and is located in a PRIME LOCATION - just a short walk to Publix/local pharmacies, or just a 5 minute jaunt to the gorgeous Gulf Coast Beaches of Upham Beach & St Pete Beach, along with all of the day/night dining/shopping activities along Corey Avenue (including the Sunday Markets) and all of the establishments that Gulf Blvd has to offer. The Sun Runner can also transport you to Downtown you to Downtown St Pete in no time flat, meaning no rental car, no problem.
