ocean front top floor condo with a 39 foot ocean side balcony and an Intracoastal western facing balcony...fully furnished...watch the sunset rise in the morning and set in the evening......TV in all bedrooms and living room..dining table for 6 and 4 bars stools at kitchen bar...full kitchen is fully stocked with dishes for 12, cutlery, glasses, cooking pans, toaster oven, toaster and Keurig coffee maker....all linens including beach towels on site... many restaurants and International Speedway , golf and other attractions close by

Love the beach...retired as a speech pathologist and rehab administrator...originally from Ohio...moved to Florida as a bride and have lived here many years...I have a large family and 10 grandchildren who also love the beach and condo

quiet and peaceful and has a non-driving beach
What makes this property unique
top floor direct ocean eastern view with a very large 39 foot balcony...can watch the dolphins and rays......also a western facing balcony to watch the sunsets and intracoastal boat traffic
