BUILDING DESCRIPTION:
New building, with 3 lifts, with 24h reception, located in front of Pajuçara beach, in front of the promenade to the natural pools, next to supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, restaurants, handicraft fair, vans exit to walks in beaches of Alagoas, SAMU Tour, PM's cabin and having a roof overlooking the entire edge of Pajuçara with pool, barbecue, weight room, games room and ballroom.

The condominium offers (superficial) cleaning service 3 times a week, just by scheduling at reception.

Imóvel muito bem localizado, perto de tudo... farmácia, mercado, banco 24h, feirinha de artesanato, restaurantes, em frente à praia de Pajuçara . Apartamento limpo, organizado, com todos os utensílios necessários para uma estadia confortável, de ítens de cozinha à secador de cabelo. Estávamos em 11 pessoas , seu Osman nos recebeu muito bem, tudo feito de acordo com o combinado e ainda nos recepcionou com um presentinho sobre a mesa. Passamos dias maravilhosos , a cidade é linda e a hospedagem foi perfeita. Super recomendo!

Fizemos uma excelente viagem, tudo correu muito bem e tivemos uma ótima hospedagem. O apartamento fica muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, mercado, farmácias, caixa 24horas, posto de gasolina, comércio local, feirinha da praia, restaurantes , bares e sorveterias. Fomos recebidos pelo Sr. Mariano que foi muito atencioso e solícito. Tivemos um problema com uma luz do quarto e uma cama e bastou enviar msg e ele prontamente providenciou a solução. Foi ótimo mesmo. O apartamento tem tinha tudo o que poderíamos precisar, do espremedor de alho ao ferro de passar roupas. Muito bem equipado com tudo de qualidade. Esperamos voltar mais vezes. ÓTIMO!!! Tudo de Bom!!
Ao chegar na praia em frente ao Edifício NEO já vi uma linda vista da praia. Praia da Pajuçara, perfeita. O senhor Mariano estava nos esperando na porta, o que nos deu um grande alívio, tivemos medo se estariam nos esperando. O apartamento em que ficamos, o 704, é muito arrumado e funcional. Linda vista pro mar, ótima acomodação e área de fazer privilegiada. A cidade de Maceió e todo litoral de Alagoas - as praias que fomos - todas encantadoras. Recomendo. Voltarei em 2017. Parabéns!!!

Eu e minha família nos hospedamos em junho nesse apartamento. Foi uma ótima escolha, o Sr. Mariano nos atendeu prontamente todas as vezes que entramos em contato. O apartamento é muito bom, tinha tudo que precisamos, a localização do prédio é ótima, perto de farmácia, supermercado, restaurantes (os melhores Parmegiano, Pizzaria e Restaurante Carlito), lanchonetes e de frente para o mar. Muito confortável e ótima localização
Ficamos hospedados 04 dias no Neo e posso garantir que as fotos não demonstram todo o conforto que esse apartamento pode proporcionar. Todos os cômodos são bem equipados e a localização é ótima, na orla de Pajuçara. Melhor, impossível. O sr. Mariano negociou tudo pela internet, não deixou a desejar em nenhum ponto. Super recomendo.

Lindo apartamento y optima localizacion Enero 2016
El departamento era muy cómodo y amplio. La ubicación estaba muy bien, habían varios lugares para comer cerca, ademas del artesanato para recorrer y la playa en frente. El Sr. Mariano fue muy atento con nosotros, nos recibió muy bien y nos mostró todas las instalaciones ademas de darnos recomendaciones sobre como movernos y que lugares conocer. Muy recomendable.

Superando expectativas
A localização do apartamento é um grande diferencial, na Beira Mar de Pajuçara, com todas as conveniências no entorno (Hipermercado, farmácias, restaurantes, lanchonetes, posto de gasolina, etc.), a uma quadra da famosa feirinha. A vista lateral mar (no meu caso) já dá uma prévia das belezas da cidade, e na cobertura 360 graus de encantamento. Imagine o Reveillon lá! O proprietário, Sr. Mariano, um caso à parte: nos recebeu na data e hora combinados, explicou todos os detalhes do imóvel, fez um tour pelo prédio e ainda dá dicas de onde comer e se divertir na cidade. Ainda dá direito à 3 limpezas (faxinas) por semana, inclusas. Indico e recomendo!
