Clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of books and games to keep you entertained during your stay. Extra towels for pool time and spices available for cooking. This was one of the best vacation rentals in which we have stayed! Loved it and plan to stay longer the next time we come!
Positives: Beautiful house. Nice area. Nice pool.
Know before you go!!!
Negatives:Not necessarily a negative because he was nice but I believe the description of the mother in law suite is misleading. There is an older gentleman that lives in an addition that is adjacent to the patio/pool area.
Host yells over the fence from the neighboring property to make one of the kids to get the pool skimmer pole out of the pool. (Fair enough I understood her concern). So I put it up. I then received an email from the host explaining again why she yelled across the fence. 30 or so minutes later the host shows up on the porch to tell me that we needed to keep the patio door shut. This was in the first couple of hours of being on the property.
I felt like Big Sister was watching me the whole time and couldn’t relax.Because of this I knew everything would need to be perfect upon check out. I followed all the check out instructions plus mopped and vacuumed floors. Texted host to let her know I checked out. Within an hour she sent pictures that I had left items. Therefore I know she had inspected the house. 2 days later I get an email that I’m being charged $75 for missing towels and stain on comforters. Even though I was positive the towels didn’t leave the house I offered to have my son check for towels and return them to her if he had them. She declined saying that she had already replaced them. As far as the stains go…there were no stains when I left.
