I was in town for the night and this was the perfectly priced spot for a place to unwind after a day of fishing, getting a tattoo, and exploring some of the local establishments. Highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, size of the place (plenty of room to spread out if you aren't traveling solo and have more than an overnight bag), safe and secure location, and it's easy to find with quick access to any of the major highways in the area. The host was very easy to work with, quick to respond to the couple of messages sent after arrival. 10/10 would recommend!
This is so centrally located to downtown Geneva (and Spire Academy). Very clean. Property is tucked back from road which made me feel safer as its on main road. We utilized the kitchen for making a healthier dinner and breakfast. Linens and basic kitchen tools included. Would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend. Tv console/fireplace was a nice touch on a wintery weekend.

It served our needs as a place to stay while attending the DDay reenactment Was clean and had everything we needed
The inside is nicely updated. It was warm enough in really cold temps. Kitchen, bathroom, and flooring was all newly updated. It was good for a couple and really worked well for us. Close to Geneva lake area and Spire. Restaurants and the park were a short drive. The area around the house is pretty industrial but the house does sit off the road some so there was some green lawn. It was a safe area too. Host had good communication and responsive. I would recommend staying here.
The site was just as advertised. Clean, neat, and up to date. It was close to everything we needed. The owner was responsive and courteous. Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed in this location as the first lodgers when this initially became a VRBO. Luckily it came on the website within a week before the eclipse. It turns out that it was a good choice. There is plenty of hot water, good water pressure, a very comfortable bed and open sky for viewing the eclipse. The owner, Kevin, was great and even set out a bottle of wine for our arrival.
How we came to be in this surprisingly nice rental is worth a warning to other VRBO renters. A full 16 months before the eclipse, we made a down payment for 4 nights at a different VRBO in the middle of Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Ohio--in the town of Peninsula, just South of Cleveland.
We made final payment for the VRBO more than a month before it was due. Then just six days before we were to arrive, the owner Matthew Studebaker, cancelled our fully paid booking! Crisis! We also had booked other motels and paid for tours and events. We were left scrambling to find new lodging for the eclipse. This VRBO owner Keven saved our vacation.
