The upstairs shower has a curb-less entry, helpful for those with mobility issues. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs. This neighborhood is quiet, safe and has a ton of local charm. 39th Avenue is the town's "Main St." So you are less than a 5 minute walk from one of our favorite local coffee shops, a wine bar and several great restaurant options.
What makes this property unique
This property has a large garage that sits tucked away in the backyard. It has been converted into a cozy hangout space with a TV, plenty of seating and a private hot tub that's available year round.
