About this property

New Construction 2023 situated in Lily Pond District, a ten minute walk to downtown Edgartown & Sengekontacket. Mature treed lot, on bike & bus path. Walk to hiking trails, close to lighthouse, bike to beach/town, perfect to relax and enjoy our beautiful island!
This house is clean, spacious and is tastefully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. 4 bedroom house with a pull out sofa. Sleeps 8, with all bedrooms upstairs. The master suite has a king bed, and its own bathroom with a jetted tub.
There is an apartment on the side of the house, totally private from the main house. The caretaker of the house lives in this apartment. All main bedrooms are upstairs. The 4th bedroom is also a game room with a pool table & ping pong table and a foosball table. The sofa in the downstairs living room is pull out sofa for an extra guest.This neighborhood is welcoming and private. Close to downtown, but with a long winding driveway away from the main road.
