Came to area to cross country ski at New Germany State Park just 6-10 minutes away. Home is really lovely. Clean and cozy. Nicely decorated. Plenty of space for four friends to hang out. All the bedrooms were nice. The loft was a cute space. Would recommend and stay again.
Nice clean place to get away from it all. Wisp ski resort was pretty close and offered fun snow activities from tubing to skiing and an alpine coaster. Caselmann's Creamery was a nice place to get cheese and good fresh lunches. The house is roomy with 3 beds and a large living for any extra guest. 2 bathrooms came in handy for a family of 5. Frostburg and Cumberland were nice little nearby towns to go visit.
This home was absolutely perfect for our weekend! Here’s what we loved. The home is gorgeous inside and all of the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The mattresses were very comfortable as well. Kitchen was adequately stocked with everything we needed. The extra bedroom was perfect for early risers to watch
tv and not disturb others.
Sherry and Mark have a beautiful home that we were lucky enough to book. There was plenty of space for family, great outdoor grill, and a spacious open kitchen area. Would definitely book again. Thank you Sherry and Mark!
The house was warm and cozy. The surroundings of the country was great. I loved looking at the stars at night without alot of street lights or close houses. Can't wait to be able to get away again and stay here!!
The house is great. Plenty of beds and privacy. 2 separate bathrooms was a huge plus for us. Very clean. Nice big TV in the family room. 0 complaints. Definitely better than paying more for a hotel room down the road.
We had a girls night here and this property was perfect for the fall, small town ambiance that we wanted. Communication and cleanliness was great and the home was even more beautiful in person. I would definitely return and I highly recommend you stay here!

Everything was wonderful. The view was very nice. Very impressive wooden walls and ceilings that smelled great. Very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Huge selection of TV stations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again in the future!
We had a wonderful weekend in this cozy and very clean home. The inside was tastefully decorated in a country cabin style including exposed beams fresh wood walls and lovely quilts and decor in each of the 3 bedrooms.
The two recently renovated bathrooms were spacious with modern amenities. A spiral staircase brings you to a loft sleeping space ( think attic style) which would be better suited for children. We were fortunate to have a lovely sunset one evening and the view was stunning!
The unassuming exterior belies the stunning interior. In a lovely corner of Maryland countryside , yet convenient to I68, this farm house is a perfect base for exploring natural wonders and relaxing. The whole house is beautiful, up to date and comfortable. Everything is well appointed, comfy beds, ample common space. Hosts are very responsive and quickly answered all my questions.
This house was the perfect spot for the weekend with family. It was very clean and had a nice layout. Mark and Sherry had great communication through check in process! Would stay again!!
