Well appointed kitchen with a Mr. Coffee maker. Sit on the wood deck and enjoy the sounds of the creek. Home is centrally located between beautiful downtown Waynesville,  downtown Canton, and downtown Brevard. Hop on Interstate 40 for trips to Asheville or Tennessee.   Close access to The Bule Ridge Parkway, Pisgah Natonial Forest, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, as well as Cataloochee Ski Resort and several golf course's. Activities include fishing, hiking, golfing, horseback riding, swimming, shopping, viewing the elk, etc.  Wireless Internet and TV.

This property does NOT allow pets. If any pet is brought to the premise without receiving prior approval and/or the $150 per pet fee being paid, you will be charged a $500 pet penalty for each unauthorized pet, liable for damage and subject to being ask to leave immediately.

This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm.  You will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our Reservation system that must be signed as part of this agreement.
