The kitchen has been renovated with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. It is fully supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans, dishes, utensils) and a 12-cup standard coffee maker but does not have a Keurig.
The living room is well-appointed with a 48'' TV for your entertainment and does not have a sleeper sofa.
The lanai is incorporated with the living room and you can walk right out to the cool, powdery sand and watch the sun set in the evenings. The lanai provides views of Peppertree Pond and additional area for outdoor living.
There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room area. There is an assigned parking spot located by the front of the building.
