About this property

Fenced in backyard. Great pet property. Monon Trail access.

About this space
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located comfort palace. Great parking, including offstreet, parking pad and secure parking pad. Style exudes from every room and comfort is key. Brand new fenced in backyard for your dog run. Close to most everything downtown, grocery store, public parks, and especially the Monon trail. The Monon trail is a roller coaster as far as the city amenities go. Walk or bike to downtown or go north all the way to Carmel/Westfield on the Monon trail. Leashed pets are allowed on the Monon trail and welcome here.
The space
This is a thoughtfully laid out three bedroom, duplex house. All the sleeping quarters are upstairs as is the full bath. Ample parking in the rear lot as well as a nice place to walk your dog but regrettably not fenced.

This is a quiet street. That seems a little crowded because parking is only allowed on one side of the street. Again, another reason to be glad for ample parking in the rear. If you’re familiar with the show Buying Back the Block with comedian, Mike Epps and his wife Kyra on HGTV, this is that neighborhood

All beds are queen and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, etc. will be in place. There’s always a hairdryer, wine opener, etc.

Your host is not a “McHost” or an investor trying to earn passive income with as little as possible effort. All of my dozen or so properties are hand, decorated by locally famous art collector and designer. you will find pieces of her collection on loan in all my properties. Don’t believe the bad press you’ve been reading about operators—this is not that; if I make a mistake or have a shortcoming, it is simply that and I will do everything in my power to rectify it for you as long as you give me the opportunity to perform.
Guest access
The guest has access to the entire property and only shares the front porch and the rear parking area with the adjoining duplex.

Monon Trail Stay

This duplex is very close to the State Fairgrounds, Art Museum, Children's Museum, and Monon Trail. Lots to see/do; very convenient. The neighborhood is a mixture of homes/properties that look newly renovated, and a few that could use some love. We saw Pride flags hung up (It was June), and the area felt welcoming to the LGBT+ community. The host has an eclectic art collection, which adds a nice aesthetic to the place. Bedding and pillows were comfy. The host provided coffee (K cups), which was great. There are also some coffee roasters/cafes nearby (such as Command Coffee). Plenty of street parking was available. There were some items on the sidewalk nearby (not in front of the house) that made it a bit challenging to walk the dog (broken glass, food, etc). Everything else was great.
