**During the Peak SUMMER SEASON we rent on a WEELY basis . Sunday to Sunday.

Excellent location, only 3.5 blocks to Wildwoods beautiful beach and boardwalk. Many of your seashore hot spots are within walking distance. If you wish, you can park your car and never move it for your entire vacation.

Our home it tastefully decorated with a nice open floor plan and painted with calming coastal colors. High top table with seating for six centrally located in the kitchen. Large wrap around counter design. Tons of kitchen cabinets! The kitchen is stocked with all the conveniences you will need for your vacation. Stainless steel appliances. Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, Keurig single cup coffee maker and regular coffee maker, pots and pans, griddle, toaster and much more…

**Our home is the entire second floor.
The family room is perfect for kicking back after a tough day at the beach. There are three large sofas in the living room. Two of the sofas are New Williams Sonoma (Pottery Barn) Down sofas. The third sofa is a High End Birch Lane Down queen sleeper. Adjacent to the kitchen is Tommy Bahama reading chair. There is a 55"" Smart TV in the living room.

We supply toilet paper and paper towels for the beginning of your stay. You are responsible for the rest of the week.

*The main bedroom has a queen bed with large lighted closets and ceiling fan. Master bath with custom tile throughout.

*Bedroom two has a Queen bed and a twin fold away bed tucked in the closet. Nice size closet and ceiling fan.

* Bedroom three has a Berg top of the line bunk bed with side steps. Top bunk is a twin and the bottom is a full. Also in the room is a twin bed. Ceiling fan. Nice size closet. Center hall full bath has custom tile.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #2 also has a queen bed. Plus fold away twin bed in closet
Bedroom #3 has two twins with a pull out trundle.
Living room has a Queen Sleeper sofa for two.

* Please note that area rugs are switched out during cleanings.

Parking in driveway for two cars. In a pinch, if your cars are smaller you can fit three.

***This is our home and vacation spot. We take pride in our appearance and in the cleanliness of our property. We try to supply you will all the comforts of home during your stay.

Our home is on the second floor and there is a large set of steps which lead you to the entrance of our condo. No elevator. Please be aware in case someone in your party is unable to use steps.
Outside deck with seating for four. Perfect for your morning coffee.

There is an outside shower to rinse off after a tough day at the beach.

Our stay was amazing. The owners were such a pleasure to work with. They are efficient, thorough and communicate well. The house is as cozy as it is beautiful. All of the amenities are high quality, so no need to worry about breaking cheaply made things. Being able to walk to the boardwalk was priceless, especially for our foreign relatives, who did not have a car. I can't speak highly enough about this property, the owners, or our stay here. Our vacation was everything we hoped it to be, and then some. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your home. The love within it is evident. Loved the place. It has everything you need.

The place was really nice, with huge kitchen and big rooms. It has everything you need - having a washer and dryer was great. The owners are nice and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Nicely decorated inside

We had a great time staying at Ronni's vacation home. Wawa right across the street is super convenient. This house is surprisingly very quiet with no street noise. The location also allows you to have a short walk right to the middle of the boardwalk and all the fun. Especially convenient for beach blast soccer tournament. Our kids loved it.

Beautiful condo in central location

We stayed at this home June 16-18th 2017. The home was beautiful- the pictures don't do it justice. Wide open space, lovely decor, and all amenities. Can't recommend enough. If we are back in Wildwood in the future, will want to come back. Thank you, Ronni!

Beautiful open cozy condo!

Me and my family stayed here august 12th-19th and we very much enjoyed the open condo that had plenty of room and very well kept. We had our dogs with us as some people may know it's very hard to find dog friendly condos but ronni was very helpful with us! I would definitely recommend this place and I wish we were going back down to wildwood the same time next year but we are planning a wedding in Dominican Republic. Thank you very much for your hospitality ronni we will be returning!

Spacious and close to the boardwalk

We had 2 couples and a family of 3 stay very comfortably in this condo. It is tastefully decorated and very spacious. We all sat in the living room and dining room comfortably. My nephew loved the bunk beds! We also brought our bikes and rode them down to the beach every day. It was a quick trip down and would also be an easy walk. Ronni was a fab host! She was very quick to respond and made sure we had a comfortable stay. She even let us borrow a dvd player so we could watch a movie we brought with us! Thank you Ronni, we hope to be back again next year!

LONG WEEKEND GETAWAY

Just got back from spending a long weekend at this property and we were very pleased. The condo was in perfect condition, the decor was beautiful, and it was a perfect fit for our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 children). This home offered two great bedrooms for the adults and an awesome room for the kids with 2 twin beds and a trundle! There was plenty of room to spread out and it was a short walk right to all the attractions on the boardwalk. We parked our 2 cars and didn't have to move them the whole time. Ronni was a pleasure to deal with. She answered all of our emails and questions right away. The full kitchen allowed us to enjoy breakfast and dinner right at home! We highly recommend this property and we look forward to coming back next year!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Wonderful Wildwood condo!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Wildwood and this great condo has a lot to do with that! The condo is updated and tastefully decorated, and Ronni has clearly gone out of her way to make sure the place is well stocked with everything you might need. The kitchen has everything you need to comfortably cook every meal during your stay. She also provided bath towels and linens. The condo is also configured very well. The kitchen and living room area is huge and open. There was plenty of room for our toddler to run around and play. Bedrooms are all decent sizes with plenty of beds for guests to stay. Ronni was also very accommodating with our dogs and included a dog food and water bowl as well as doggie bags. There is a nice small grassy area outside for your dog to do their business so that was great. There is also a little shed in the yard that had a wagon and a beach cart to use which really came in handy! The walk to the boardwalk/beach is about 7 minutes. There is a Wawa directly across the street and Acme is also right down the road. Great location. All in all, this is a great family vacation home in Wildwood!

Beautiful

We loved this rental. The home is very well kept and looks better than the pictures. I immediately noticed how clean it was. This made it easy to get comfortable and settle in. The home had everything we needed and beyond for our stay (ie. high chair, pack n play, beach supplies) Everything is close by: - Grocery, drug stores and just a 7 minute walk to the beach and surrounding dinning. The fireworks are a treat (every Friday night at 10pm). Who knew we could see them from outside the rental door?! Pleasant surprise. Would love to come back.

Wonderful Vacation

We really enjoyed staying here. I had my kids and grandchildren visit for much of the stay and the home easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 kids, and my Black Lab. Very spacious kitchen and living room. I wish I had this much counter space in my home! 2 full baths and an outdoor shower also great to have with a lot of people or even just a few. Good location all around and being across the street from Wawa was very convenient. Finally, Ronnie is awesome, responsive and very helpful. The house played a big role in making my vacation great, enjoy!

Great place to stay in Wildwood

The condo is very nice. Plenty of space for our family of five and our pup. It is nicely decorated, in very good condition, and well-supplied. It’s about a seven to ten-minute walk to the boardwalk/beach. It is on the intersection of a busy street, but you don’t hear anything when inside. Having the Wawa across the street is convenient. Ronni is more than a pleasure to deal with. She is very prompt in her communications, and does check in to make sure everything is OK. All in all, I would recommend this condo for your stay in Wildwood.

Newly Remodeled, Nicely Decorated and Clean!

The unit was just as advertised. It was newly remodeled, well decorated, and clean. The landlord Ronni was responsive and easy to work with. I met her in person on our 2nd day of our stay and she is very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Plus the Wawa is right across the street which we found incredibly convenient.

Relaxing!

My husband and I stayed at this condo with our 13 year old son and 11 year old daughter July 2016. We enjoyed this beach house immensely. The decor is cheerful and relaxing. It was absolutely spotless upon check in. This condo is filled with many amenities that make it feel like home. Couches and beds are very comfy. The set ups of the rooms were perfect for our family of 4. The TVs in each room was a plus for night time relaxing. The Wawa which is across the street is very convenient with little ones to pick up breakfast if you don't feel like cooking. The owner is very nice and attentive. When we had a question while away she answered us immediately. We would definitely rent again without hesitation.

Amazing house great location I would defenitley go there again

This house is absolutely amazing and is located smack in the middle of the boardwalk and across the street from a WAWA. The only bad thing I can say about this house is that the pictures don't do justice to what it really looks like. Ronnie was beyond sweet and helpful from the get go I highly highly recommend this place 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms flat screen TV's look no more.

Both my husband and I vacationed in the Wildwoods since we were young. Vacationing here with our boys is what prompted us to purchase our summer home. We have had the pleasure of renting to wonderful vacationers since 2004. Hopefully our vacationers have had as much enjoyment of our home and town as our family. We are centrally located to so many attractions and our renters all love the convenience of our home.

Why they chose this property

Walking distance to the beach and Wildwoods famous Boardwalk.
Close to shopping and dining and Farmer's Market. You can see the fireworks on Friday nights in season. Wawa is across the street which is extremely convenient for all of our vacationers.

What makes this property unique

Wawa is directly across the street. The New Byrne park is one block from our home. Saturday morning crafting and farmers market is in the park. You are able to walk to so many of the Wildwood attractions, beach, supermarkets, restaurants and more...
