It sits on 1.3 acres in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores with waterfront and small beach on Little Lagoon.

There are activities for everyone; private salt water pool with hot tub, a private beach area on Little Lagoon with a hammock, tables, chairs, and kayaks. There is plenty of room for relaxing, swimming, and fishing and the property is landscaped to be very private unlike most houses at the beach. There is a propane grill, outdoor ping pong table, bean bag toss, axe throwing game,two bicycles, and plenty of beach/pool gear. Fully stocked kitchen and baths with full size soaps and shampoos, hair dryers, and makeup mirrors. Just bring your clothes!

The house has six bedrooms and three full baths. There are two bedrooms with king beds on the main floor with one full bath and four bedrooms with two full baths on the upper level. The large, primary bedroom is on the upper level and has a king bed, private bath, and an attached bunk room that sleeps 4 kids. Also on the upper level is a king bedroom with a rollaway, and another bedroom with two queen beds.

Little Lagoon is 12 miles long, about one mile across and connected to the Gulf of Mexico. It offers great boating, awesome fishing, and is fun to explore. No need to rent kayaks as we have three at the lagoon for your use. There is plenty of parking for the cars and a boat. The pristine beach on the Gulf is just a 5 minute walk with provided beach cart or you can put your gear in the car and park right at the public access site.
