The first floor features a master bedroom with a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and a newly renovated marble shower! All flowing into an amazing open floor plan to a great room and expanding chef's kitchen with granite appliances, a large center island with additional seating and a separate dining area, along with first floor laundry all under a breathtaking cathedral, A-frame style ceiling that reaching up to the second landing with a look out from the second landing walkway!
Upstairs features more warm wood features with 3 additional coastal decorated bedrooms.
The location is as close as you can get to the Hyannis Marina, as well as an array of restaurants, other eateries, local attractions, and beaches. Rental includes a beach pass for all Barnstable beaches to enjoy during your visit!!!

Spacious and clean

It was very clean, decorated nicely and very spacious. Location was close to everything (beaches, ferry, restaurants, mall, etc.) We had a wonderful stay.

Great Girls Trip!

4 friends came to Barnstable to visit the Cape. This was a great location for driving up to Provincetown, and also close to the ferry for day trips to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. We toured all day and had relaxing evenings at this great home. Thank you, Kathleen!

Tranquil and Spacious

Well-equipped and conveniently located property. Open concept layout for kitchen and family room for socializing. Private, fenced backyard with a nice deck.

Summer getaway

The house had a nice open floor plan with a master bedroom on the first floor. The kitchen was well equipped with a toaster, blender, coffee maker, air fryer. It had a good amount of glasses, plates and silverware. The back yard was fenced with a deck, gas grill, and fire pit. We enjoyed the Craigsville beach that was recommended. It was well located for the day trips that we took to Chatham, Dennis, and Sandwich.
