Perfect for couples, friends, scuba divers, sailors, birders, adventurers, and independent travellers. Enjoy comfy beds, en suite, 3 levels of decks, private plunge pool, dock & gardens. Round kitchen w/ dining bar opens to veranda/outdoor living area. A tiny beach & large private dock are 30 ft away.

The Sugar Mill Tower is accessed by descending a long set of steps to the entrance. The Tower is not suitable for wheel chairs or anyone who has difficulty with steps.
The Sugar Mill Tower is on the estate of the magnificent Lance aux Epines House.
Grenada has amenities. To help make your getaway special, we can connect you with any of the following: photographer, jeweler, cake specialist, florist, chef, driver, diving, snorkeling, sailing, sailing lessons, paddle boards, bicycles, kayaks, waterfalls, parks, laundry services, restaurants, beautiful beaches, paradise and more.
The University Club serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is within 8 minutes walking distance or less than 3 minutes by car. We will be glad to arrange club access and make reservations for you.
Prickly Bay Marina, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a short walking distance or less than 3 minutes by car.
We are glad to offer more restaurant suggestions and delivery options.
On site parking. Almost all of our guests book rental cars. Taxi and driver services are available. A local bus will stop anywhere along the road if you signal to it.
We have the right to cancel any booking if, in the unlikely event, the property is damaged or rendered unusable for any reason.
We will issue a full refund less any bank transfer charges or site fees. We shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.

Because Grenada is a beautiful spot. Because the people are the warmest, friendliest in the whole Caribbean. Because it was a unique opportunity to purchase a waterfront property. Because it's a perfect sailing ground with easy access to the Grenadines and also outside the hurricane line. Because it's the perfect holiday retreat away from mass tourism.
