Our property is part of the Smith Creek Reserve community, which is currently undergoing development. While you may hear construction noise during daytime hours, most activities conclude by 5 PM so you can enjoy your evenings undisturbed.

Long-term living arrangements are also available for those seeking home-like comfort in Gatlinburg. For extended stays, a refundable security deposit applies.

For the area, we recommend having an AWD vehicle during the winter months. However, getting from our home to the tourist sites in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg is fairly easy as these routes are on main roads. Please note, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.

The community amenities are currently under construction and are anticipated to be available for guest use in Spring/Summer 2025. However, the exact opening date is determined by the builders and has not yet been confirmed. Please note that we do not offer refunds if these amenities are not available during your stay.
