Beautiful house, HOT hot tub, amazing location (check out cultivated cocktails right down the road) and only a 10 minute drive to DT. Only suggestion is a mattress topper on all of the beds unless you like a REALLY REALLY firm bed. Overall a great stay!
AsheVilla was the perfect place for our visit to Asheville. It was extremely close to DT Asheville and very easy to navigate to and from. The house was adorable and very well appointed with kitchen tools and necessities. The little extras such as coffee and plenty of paper goods were very appreciated. The beds (a little on the firm side) and linens were also very nice and plentiful. It is a bit smaller than the pictures make it seem but we were six adults staying and did not feel like we were on top of each other. 3 full baths were a bonus! Everyone loved the place. I would definitely stay again and or recommend.
Took a family trip to Asheville with 6 adults and we had a great time at this property. The welcome packet was very helpful and the rooms were a great size. Every activity we did was no more than a 15 minute drive away. The location was very convenient.
There are many positives to say about this VRBO in Asheville. It's quite new, which is appealing. All three bedrooms are upstairs, 2 with king size beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. There are 4 TV's. Two downstairs and 2 upstairs. We had grandchildren come by often and they loved the enclosed garage with a couch, tables and TV and we liked it because it gave them a place of their own. The deck upstairs, just outside the kitchen has a table with 4 chairs and also 2 high top chairs. There's also a grill. The hot tub is on the lower deck, below the upper deck. It can't be accessed from the upper deck though because there are no stairs. It's accessed by going out the front door to the side of the house and down. Our grand children enjoyed the hot tub and it was easy to use. The kitchen is a good size with new appliances and a washer dryer nearby. There is a coffee maker that has a carafe that makes 8 cups and has an attached Keurig pod coffee machine too. Nice to have both choices available. There is a bathroom downstairs off the kitchen and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Garbage pickup is Wednesday morning and it needs to be taken out to the curb. I would say the biggest drawback for us, since we stayed longer than most people, was the lack of dressers in any of the bedrooms. We would have liked to unpack some things since we stayed a month. All in all, we enjoyed this VRBO and would most likely return in the future.
