Welcome to the Hollywood Hills! This picturesque property presents an extraordinary furnished living experience for a working professional or couple needing short-term accommodations with quiet privacy. Enjoy the home's ideal location, centrally located to most Studios, and minutes away from the bustling shops, clubs, tourist attractions, and restaurants of Sunset Boulevard, as well as the convenience of the Valley.
Walk through a rose garden to enter the home, and a warm and inviting atmosphere, high ceilings, and abundant natural light welcome you. The fully furnished large living area has a new 65” QLED television and Samsung sound bar, an adjacent kitchen with full-size appliances, and a washer/dryer making this an opportunity not to be missed!
The ensuite, large bedroom has a queen-size bed, an additional television, a reading area, and plenty of closet space. The bathroom features a luxurious shower and can be closed off from the living area for privacy.
The loft makes an excellent office, yoga space, or spare sleeping area for weekend guests. Enjoy the large roof deck as a private meeting room for afternoon drinks, working, or watching the amazing sunsets.
The area has many hiking trails, and I’m happy to recommend some. There is a shared yard with mulberry, orange, grapefruit, and fig trees.

Why they chose this property
This residential neighborhood offers the benefit of being city-central, but feels like you're in a million miles away. Neighbors are friendly, approachable, and are dog-owners.
What makes this property unique
There's lots of light in the guesthouse with 3 sets of French doors and a skylight. The roof deck is a bonus and the loft makes a terrific workspace away from your daily living. There's an abundant garden with two varieties of oranges, grapefruit, and mulberries, as well as roses and a fresh rosemary hedge. Enjoy the orange blossom scent in Spring and Fall. Centrally located to the Studios, you're close to restaurants, clubs, tourist attractions, and easy access to the SFV!
