I've lived in Florida on the West Coast for 30+ years and love boating, fishing, biking, and waterfront restaurants with live music. We want to share our paradise with guests so they can relax and enjoy all this area has to offer.
Why they chose this property
Matlacha is an old Florida town where everyone lives on the water and enjoys the small town benefits. The neighborhood is safe, quiet & friendly. You will leave relaxed, refreshed and ready to book another vacation here.
What makes this property unique
Our home is on the last canal in the neighborhood so has deep water and easy access to fishing and boating. The brand new dock fits up to a 32' boat to tie up to. We have a Hoshizaki 125lb Crescent Cube Ice machine w/Bin- 53lb storage ice maker to fill your coolers, a deep freezer to store your bait and fresh catch, a gas grill and cooler on the covered back porch to enjoy meals outside. We have a shuffleboard table and board games and cards for fun inside. There are smart TVs in both bedrooms and one in the family room so everyone can watch what they want. The kitchen refrigerator has Craft Ice for your special drinks.
