The house has beach chairs with a cart and umbrella. Garage for 2 vehicles. The condo has an intercom.

Tudo perfeito

Já fomos a Juquehy muitas vezes, sempre preferindo nos hospedar na Av. Mãe Bernarda, pra ficar pé na areia ou quase pé na areia. E essa foi uma das nossas melhores estadias lá. O condomínio é muito bem localizado e o imóvel é do tamanho que nos serve, com 2 quartos, sem luxo, bem confortável e super equipado. Em nossas necessidades, fomos sempre muito bem atendidos, desde antes da hospedagem, quando precisamos alterar a data. Voltaremos, sem dúvida.

Estivemos no feriado da Páscoa em 5 adultos e 2 crianças e foi tudo excelente: a casa fica em condomínio a 1 minuto da praia, padaria e mercadinho a 4 minutos. Local tranquilo e silencioso. A casa está impecável: cozinha super equipada, quartos com bons móveis e ar condicionado, cadeiras e guarda sol de praia, não precisa levar nada! Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Recebemos o imóvel super limpo e ventilado e tivemos o apoio da proprietária a todo momento via WhatsApp. Super recomendável, aproveitamos muito o feriado e esperamos retornar em breve! :-)

Condomínio super tranquilo, a casa super bem localizada, muito perto da praia, tem um mercadinho bem perto, só não está muito perto dos principais restaurantes. Muito bem conservada, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, TV, Wi-Fi, ar-condicionado, ventiladores. Ivete foi muito atenciosa, tirando dúvidas, etc. A praia já conhecia, é ótima, limpa, vimos até peixinhos na onda. Voltaria tranquilamente.

Casa em excelente localização, muito próximo da praia, somente atravessar a rua. Toda equipada e mobilhada em excelente estado de conservação, inclusive com cadeiras, guarda sol e cooler para levar à praia. Próximo a padaria, restaurantes. A proprietária Ivete é muito atenciosa, assim como a D. Conceição que cuida da casa. Com certeza indico e voltarei.

Excelente localização!!!

Passamos uma semana maravilhosa na casa da Ivete. A casa é muito próxima da praia, basta atravessar a rua e você está na praia. O condomínio é muito tranquilo e seguro e a casa possui todos os utensílios necessários, inclusive com cadeiras de praia, guarda-sol e cooler. Gostamos muito e pretendemos voltar mais vezes!!!
