The property was spacious and furniture comfortable. There was some food products left in the fridge but we just put them aside. Parking was shared with the house next door but was not a problem getting in and out. The area was clean but a couple of cars parked in front one night and we're a little sketchy . Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Space, amenities, and design were all excellent. Small bedroom suggestions: air freshener to overcome cleaning tools aroma, remove area rug, and replace air bed with a twin bed.Bathrooms were outstanding! Wifi had issues where it was not connecting for tv programs. Heat would not go above 72, which was an issue because the house was drafty during the day, however at night the heat was sufficient.Excellent parking space, deck space, and back yard space. Excellent appliances, cookware, and kithcen overall.Definitely pet friendly and you would not notice because the place was clean and free of any traces of animal hairs and scents.I definitely recommend staying here.
The house was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. It was nicely decorated and had plenty of space. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as we were there for a baseball tournament. We were traveling with a puppy so it was nice to have a yard. The area that the home is in is an older part of Decatur. The street was quiet. I didn't realize that there were cute little restaurants just 10 minutes away in the city of Decatur. I wish I had checked that out . Overall a nice stay and the owner communicated very well.
Our daughter lives close which made the location perfect for us. The layout is great and perfect for 2-4 people. The 3rd bedroom has an air mattress which might be a problem for some people. They have it well stocked and the king bed was comfortable. We had constant issues with the Internet not working and got a quick response but were unable to get it resolved because we were not going to be there during the time frame they were able to help. It constantly buffered and kicked us offline. Since they’re aware of it I am hoping they have it resolved for the next rental. It also was desperately needing attention to the cleaning process/service they are using. We will stay again because it was perfect for our visit.
**Review:**
I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience.
**CONS:**
One of the biggest downsides was the water pressure, which was very weak. It might just be an Atlanta thing, but it made things like showering a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the streaming TV was practically useless unless you paid for a separate app to mirror your devices. That was a bit of a letdown, especially since I was hoping to unwind with some shows after a long day.
**PROS:**
On the plus side, the host was very responsive and helpful, which made communication easy. The area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house itself was cozy and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need for a pleasant stay.
Overall, while there were a few inconveniences, the host and the tranquil environment made up for some of the shortcomings.
