Private Meadow View Family Retreat - 4 BR, AC, Large Yard, Tennis, on Bike Path

Located in the desirable, private Meadow View Farms Estates, across from the Farm Neck Golf Club, this charmingly decorated, tranquil, four-bedroom property does not disappoint. Centrally located on the bike path and bus route, it is just a short distance to Oak Bluffs Center with easy access to Edgartown and the up-island roads to Chilmark and beyond. The house is 2 miles from the beach. Guests have access to private tennis and pickleball courts just steps away .

Our home itself is a peaceful island residence decorated with a mix of Arhaus, Safavieh, antiques, and other personal touches to make you feel at home and on island time the minute you arrive. There is a great flow for entertaining from the interior living space to the inviting deck and lovely screened-in porch.

Four bedrooms comfortably sleep 8:
• First floor master bedroom (queen) with en suite full bath.
• Second floor has three additional bedrooms (queen, queen, and two twin beds) and a second full bath.


Newly redone, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Magical screened-in porch with comfortable lounge furniture and twinkling lights overlooking large, level lawn and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Just an aeesome property
This property is clean, spacious and yet still feels cozy. Its perfect for a family. We have rented this property before and im happy to see that its even better than the last time. Everything was very clean upon check in. Location was ideal for me as we were five minutes from family. Able to get around the island easily from this location. House is in a quiet neighborhood, and we were able to see a few turkeys and deer. Checking out was easy and convenient. I would stay at this house again in the future.

Wonderful Home for a Vineyard Vacation
We have been vacationing on Martha's Vineyard for over 18 years and this was among the best houses we've rented. The home is well maintained and it's clear the owners have put alot of thought and care into the decor and setup. They are also extremely nice to work with - we even left an expensive camera lens behind and they followed up right away to let us know they would mail it back to our home address. Great home!
