About the neighborhood … it is located in Palermo, one block from Rosedal Parks(a kind of Central park for Buenos Aires with beautiful landscapes and old trees ideal to do sports). It is 2 blocks away to the east from Libertador Ave, one of the main avenues and exclusive Areas in BA, so you can walk by and find the most interesting neighborhoods of Buenos Aires(Las Cañitas, Belgrano, Recoleta) and also 10 min walking to Palermo Soho full of trendy boutiques, gourmet restaurants and bars.

Buenos Aires is known as one of the cities with several options to eat in good restaurants and access to gourmet bistro. Just around the apartment you will find good options of restaurants and bars(“Le Pain Quotidien”, great breakfast and organic food); Rio Alba , a typical barbecue Argentinian only 3 blocks from the apartment; Sushi Club, 2 blocks is one of the known sushi restaurants in Buenos Aires .

If you would prefer to stay at home and enjoy the wonderful view that has the apartment, just 3 blocks to the south is 'Carrefour express´ opened from 8:00 to 22:00 and one of the exclusive supermarkets, JUMBO only 3 blocks from the apartment, opened from 8:30 to 21:00

In terms of public transport has bus stops throughout the area 2 blocks away is Libertador Ave. and 4 blocks to Santa Fe Ave, with all bus connection to every place in BA. Metro is in 4 blocks and train is also at 3 blocks.
