Beautiful home in the quiet Brigg’s Farm neighborhood. New flooring, paint and updated furniture in June 2022. 4 bedroom, 4 Bathroom home in Narragansett. Sleeps 8-10. Located just a short drive from Scarborough beach and many exciting activities located in the Narragansett area.

Very spacious throughout! Full bathrooms on every floor, large kitchen, granite countertops, air conditioning, wifi, cable and much more. Large master bedroom has a day bed with roll-out trundle perfect for kids. TV's in every bedroom

Summer rentals only available for a full week, Saturday-Saturday

Early and late summer dates may be rented with a three night minimum based on availability.

Weekly and nightly Rentals will be charged 8% tax and a $275 cleaning fee.

We had a great time, in spite of the so-so weather! The house was perfect for 8. It was a great location to restaurants and the beach. I had several questions for the owner and he responded quickly, giving us lots of recommendations! We would love to stay here again!

Everything that we expected and more! This house is beautiful and spacious, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood but close to all the beaches and fun activities. Chris was extremely prompt and responsive to my many questions, and very helpful in making sure that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Check in at 2:00 was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group! Love Briggs Farms- 3rd year renting in this neighborhood-quiet, serene, and great for walking and biking. House was well equipped! Highly recommend for a large group!

Very clean and welcoming! All amenities of home- Central air and appliances in all great working order! Four nice bathrooms but only one attached to bedroom. Surprise 5th bedroom very convenient for baby to have her own room! Only wish family room had extra seating! Lots of room in kitchen for more seating/ storage possible

Perfect House and Location
This house is beautiful and spacious. The layout worked out perfectly for our group with each family having their own bathroom. The kitchen was spacious for meals when we were eating together. I was surprised there was a 5th bedroom because the description of the house only showed 4. It worked for me because I love the house and my niece who also was renting a house at the same time would have grabbed this one from me because she needed 5 bedrooms. We will definitely be back for another vacation. Also the property owner, Chris, was excellent at communication. Thanks for a great week!

A wonderful weekend
We were visiting RI for my son’s graduation from URI. This house was perfect for us. Very clean and lots of room for my family…plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We went walking around the neighborhood each morning (such a pretty neighborhood). The location was also convenient for shopping/restaurants and a quick ride to Scarborough Beach. Chris was very quick to respond to all of our questions, and very accommodating to our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look to stay there again. Thank you for a great weekend!

This house was perfect for my family. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own personal space while the huge kitchen provided a great gathering space. Wonderful vacation home in family neighborhood near beach
This was the second time our family with adult children stayed in this wonderful home during our 4th of July vacation week. The home is beautiful, well maintained, clean and spacious with plenty of room for our family with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is located a short drive from the beach in a quiet neighborhood where we enjoyed a fun neighborhood 4th of July parade. The owner Chris is wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this home.

The house was absolutely beautiful, what a great location and what a wonderful owner.
There were 9 of us who were looking for a place to stay so that we could attend a wedding in Newport. Well, we really hit the jackpot when we found this beautiful home in Narragansett, plenty of bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms; perfect for us. What a wonderful surprise when we got to the location, the home is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. Fresh linen and plenty of towels and all the conveniences in the kitchen. Chris was wonderful to work with, so quick to respond and answer any questions that I had, and I had quite a few. He even did a follow-up email to make sure that we had a pleasant stay at his home. Hopefully we would love to return to Rhode Island and would definitely plan to stay at Briggs Farm home again Cathy from Wilmington, DE

Great Stay!
The layout of the house was perfect for larger groups. Everyone slept comfortably, we were able to easily cook a big meal for everyone in the spacious kitchen, and there was even ample room for some yard games out back. Modern appliances made everything a breeze and the central air conditioning kept us all cool. My group was impressed I was able to find such a nice place down the road from the beaches and dock! The owner was very helpful with local recommendations and very quick responses. Thanks again for all your help and letting us stay at your beautiful place. If we ever are in the area again, I'll be sure to seek this property out again!
