Easily sleeps 6: two queen beds and queen air mattress plus futon for additional sleeping quarters for two small adults or children. RV with hookup w/ clean out for extra family members!

A quick 15-20 minute drive to downtown Bentonville, known as "the mountain bike capital of the world." Bentonville includes world-class mountain bike trails, paved pathways, and on-road routes, as well as renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum set on 120 acres of Ozark nature--admission is always free! Walking and biking trails nearby, as well as great restaurants! Parks and biking trails include: Slaughter Pen Bike Trails, Coler Mountain Bike Preserve.
