This excellent vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen, a Master bedroom downstairs with King bed and en suite master bathroom. Upstairs there are another 3 Queen bedrooms with each their own en suite bathroom, plus 2 more bedrooms with 2 Twin beds each and their shared bathroom. The house was absolutely great some minor things here and there but once I communicated my concerns the property manager was amazing and always replied black!! The location was good just Walmart was a pain cause of traffic other then that our stay was everything we asked for and more…

Home away from home

Was a very nice modern home. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. We loved the pool and spa. The only negative thing, it was very limited on cooking pans, one skillet . Not enough toilet paper, no condiment, salt, pepper, or anything else. After a trip to the store, we were set to go. Everything else was great.

Great time really nice house we definitely enjoy the pool and hot tub it was amazing!

Everything was good the only thing we encountered was that one of the bathtubs was plugged, which the manager offered to get it fixed right away.

Huge house!!

This house is very large and can accommodate larger families, or groups. The walls needed a little paint, and carpet upstairs could use a good shampooing. But other than that, the house was extremely clean and the kids spent almost the entire time in the pool. Great view.

Great location ! great amenities! Plenty of space.. the house larger than seen through photos!! This was my wife and I first time using Vrbo and I enjoy it tremendously. It was easy to use and understand. Property management was very active with communication through our booking and check-I. Process.. I will be definitely using VRBO again !!

A Great home away from home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The spacious home had plenty of room for my family of 12. It was well equipped to accommodate all of our needs. Only 2 concerns:1 the very loud washer needs to be replaced. It didn't spin the excess water from our clothes which caused the drying to be a long tedious task. 2ndly trash pickup up was only 1 time during our week stay which made disposing of trash of 12 people in a week's span made it difficult and inconvenient. Every thing else was excellent and we enjoyed all the accommodations. Gameroom needs some kind of air. It was too hot in June to use.

Rem from Excellent Vacation Homes was great to work with. We originally were to visit in July of 2020 but had to move our dates due to COVID. Rem answered all my questions quickly and made me at ease with the changes. There is plenty of space in the house and the beds were very comfortable. The community where the house is located is very clean, quiet and we felt safe. Grocery shopping at Plublix is less than a 5 minute drive. Which was very nice! High recommed Excellent Vacation Homes and this house rental.

Very nice house

The house was very nice with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms spaced out. It was clean upon arrival (except the washer - which needs a good scrubbing). We weren’t allowed to turn the AC down much, so it was really warm at night. The garage is used as a game room, but it has no AC, so it was practically useless. The fan and light over the stove do not work, perhaps due to the duct tape on the bottom of the microwave. The pool and spa are lovely. No neighbors on one side, so lots of privacy. The resort main building where the gym is located is closed and the pool is has been drained for repairs.
