Apt 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 people, air conditioning in the double bedroom, ceiling fans in the other bedroom, social bath. All reformed. The fit is very complete and very well taken care of. It's close to everything you need. Only 2 blocks from supermarket, on the sea block, 1 block from the bakery, 2 blocks from a great restaurant, taxi rank at 100 m, pharmacy. You can do almost anything on foot.

Apartamento pequeno mas aconchegante. Ideal para casal. Próximo à praia, restaurantes, padarias etc. A localização é excelente porém a rua é um tanto barulhenta. Para quem nao se incomoda, é perfeito!

Ótimo imóvel e localização

imóvel com excelente localização, perto de tudo padarias, restaurantes, farmácias e o melhor pertinho da praia. O imóvel tem a disposição todos os utensílios de casa que nos proporcionaram um conforto a mais, portaria 24 Hs, wi-fi no próprio apartamento e garagem coberta e livre. O proprietário atencioso e a disposição para nos auxiliar sempre que necessário. Eu e minha família ficamos satisfeitos com a locação desse imóvel e com certeza em breve retornaremos.

Apartamento excelente, exatamente como está nas fotos perto de tudo nem precisa de carro, tem ponto de táxi próximo. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Sr. Isabel, que nos mostrou todos os detalhes apartamento, e alguns pontos para entretenimento que podem ser vistos da varanda: shopping, Igreja... A vizinha é super educada, assim como os funcionários da portaria, sempre com muito respeito, não fomos incomodados com nenhum tipo de bagunça, som alto, nada... Já estamos planejando a próxima estadia. Obrigada Sr, Ney

Ótimo apartamento

Gostei de tudo! *Apartamento exatamente como nas fotos. *Atendimento excelente do Ney e da Izabel (responsável pelas chaves) Agradeço ao Ney e Izabel pela flexibilidade na retirada e entrega das chaves. Ficamos hospedados durante o periodo de carnaval. Recomendo para familias com crianças - ao lado do Shopping Praia da Costa, 2 quadras da Choperia La Villa e Dominus Pizzaria... próximo da praia... localização para todos os gostos. Gostamos muito e recomendo!

Um lugar muito bem localizado, perto de tudo!!!

Como já disse anteriormente um lugar muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, apartamento amplo, bem arejado, quartos com camas, armários e cômodas espaçosas, e ainda conta com um varandão enorme com mesinha e cadeiras de praia, fomos muito bem recebidos e acomodados pela dona Izabel, e os funcionários da recepção tbm muito gentil com a gente. Enfim, eu super recomendo, ambiente muito familiar para quem quiser desfrutar com sua família férias e descanso cotidiano etc...espero voltar em breve!! Obrigada senhor Ney Amorim. att, Maria Lúcia

Excelente apartamento!

O apartamento é muito bom e confere exatamente com as fotos. Fica a poucos metros de um dos melhores shoppings de Vila Velha e muito perto dos melhores restaurantes da cidade. A praia também é bem pertinho. O proprietário Nei sempre responde rapidamente a todas as solicitações. Quando chegamos fomos recebidos pela Izabel (uma pessoa extremamente simpática) que nos aguardava pontualmente e nos deu ótimas dicas sobre a cidade e a região. Os funcionários do prédio também faziam de tudo para tornar a nossa hospedagem a melhor possível. Com certeza uma excelente opção para quem quer um ótimo apartamento para se hospedar em Vila Velha. Recomendo e certamente voltaremos quando visitarmos novamente a cidade.

Appartment well located

I rented this apartment for 1 month (July 2015) with my family. It is well located with everything close: bakeries, shopping center, groceries, restaurants, beach, fruit market, bus stop, etc. The neighborhood is very nice. The apartment is well equipped with almost everything needed. There is a large balcony with a view to the sea. The hospitality was perfect. The person in charge of the apartment provided everything we asked rapidly and she was available for helping us. The owner can communicate easily in English. He also replies rapidly to emails. We will probably rent this appartment again for our future visit in Vila Velha. Sylvain (Canada)

Feriado perfeito com a familia!

Localização perfeita e apartamento lindo, grande, bem dividido e com toda infraestrutura necessária: três quartos, varandão, duas vagas de garagem e área com piscina e churrasqueira (e agora até com wi-fi, não é, Ney?) hehehe... Passei dez dias no apartamento com meus sobrinhos. Foi uma festa. Nos divertimos muito. Destaque também para a atenção e gentileza do proprietário, Ney, e Izabel, que foi quem nos recebeu no apartamento. Se você está pensando ir para o Espírito Santo, esse é o lugar certo.
