The complex features a heated pool, a kiddie pool, a sun deck for lounging, and an oceanfront restaurant right on the premises. There’s also an elevator for easy access, a BBQ grill area for cookouts, and one reserved parking spot included.

Owners Katie, Dana, and Jeff are cousins and life long beach goers who grew up on the Jersey Shore renting beach houses as children. They now continue the tradition and rent with their own children to create everlasting memories. We are now investing in our clients' memories!
