- This 1 Bedroom Guest Suite is attached to a house it has its own entrance and is locked from the rest of the house for your own privacy.
- Must be able to climb 4 stairs to access the entrance.
- There is no Kitchen in this Unit and No Laundry available!
- There can be noise time to time from the other tenants but typically very quiet
- Must Check Out before 11:00 AM or there will be a $50 late check out fee.
- No Smoking/Vaping in the Home.
- No Parties or Events
- No Pets allowed
- No Unregistered guests
- No Food/Drinks on the bed
- No Loud Noise after 9 PM to 9AM
- Respect the neighbourhood
- No shoes in the house
- Keep the house clean,
- Wash your Dishes Before you Check out
- Dispose Garbage in Garbage bins upon Check out
- Put all Recycling in the Recycling Bin upon Check out
- 2 Guests Maximum Additional Guests will be $100 per person
- Failure to Clean up after yourself will result in a Deep Cleaning/Unexpected Cleaning Fee of $300
