Phenomenal

This was our second summer at this beautiful home. The home is gorgeous and spacious with a beautiful pool. We had an amazing time and hope to return soon. Geoff was a wonderful host - accessible and kind.

Starting off 2025 in the Hamptons

House was very very nice. It was 8 people in my group and we all fit comfortably. Perfect wooded quiet location. House was very very clean with a supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Beds and linen were very comfortable. House host was wonderful to communicate with quick responses. Everything in the house was functional, nothing was broken. We loved The Hamptons and the experience to stay here ! and

Great Week

House was perfect for my family, 6 adults, two infants. Spacious, clean, great pool and outdoor space. Ran into a couple of issues but after a brief call with the owner, these were quickly resolved. Location worked great, proximate to Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor,. We definitely would rent again.

Great House with Lots of Room

We had two families stay here for a week (4 adults/4 kids) and we had a great time. House was exactly as advertised and had plenty of room for the kids to run around and enjoy the pool. It is a little far from the ocean beaches and getting into town, but overalll we had a fantastic week. Would highly recommend.

Stylish and Beautiful!

We loved the amenities, pool and location. We enjoyed using the pool and visited Coopers Beach. We dined out in Sag Harbor and South Hampton. Geoff was a great host and very accessible for any questions. The house was very clean and featured fine linens and top of the line beautiful touches. We highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful Water Mill Property

We (families with young children) loved staying at Geoff's Water Mill house. It's actually bigger than it looks in the pictures - plenty of room for spending time as a group either in the dining room, living room, or basement. We spent most of our time sitting in the sun on the pool deck, which was awesome. High quality finishes throughout the house and in the kitchen. Location is close to Sag Harbor and Southampton towns, also Channing Daughters and Wolffer Wine Stand, where we like to hang out. Also close enough to Montauk for golf at Montauk Downs. Perfect!
