Had an amazing time. Good location, nice place, plenty of room. I will book this place again. Suggest curtains on all windows especially the bedrooms. Carpet should be on concrete basement floor. It was very cold. Other than that a perfect place to enjoy and telax.
We were there to celebrate my mother’s 81st birthday! We had everything we needed to cook for her indoors and out!
This is one of the most spacious VRBO’s I’ve ever seen.
The hosts were extremely responsive.
Excellent stay!!!
Great little get away with lots of room for the family!
Stayed 3 nights and had a great vacation with family. The host was always quick to respond to our questions. Like the wooded lots that the home is located on. Neighbors were very friendly. Will definitely call Nader this location on future visits!
The property had everything we needed. A full kitchen complete with dishes, pots and pans, a microwave and coffee maker. All of the rooms were very spacious. The host was very responsive to all messages. I would definitely recommend this property. Close to state parks and other recreation. It was beautifully decorated. The only thing I might recommend is curtains or blinds on the sliding doors in the upstairs bedroom that faces the road.
A little challenging to contact owner re: an issue with the house - due to no wifi and limited phone service. But once aware of the situation, he instantly responded. The house was so awesome and spacious - perfect for our family! Lots of outside places to enjoy.
The host was responsive, easy check-in. The place was relatively clean. We did have to clean as we go, plates and pans did have to get washed before use. Around the toilets and shower needed a deep clean.
Simply gorgeous!
When we initially discovered no wifi and little to no cell service, we were unsure about communication or even planning out the day since we're unfamiliar with the area, but it turns out a couple of days spent at the lake, paired with card games, board games, and great company was all we ever needed.
A HUGE thank you to the host for providing such an awesome place to relax and "get away"!!
What a perfect location and weekend house!
Communication with Stephen was great. He was very responsive. Directions to the house were accurate and easy. The rental provided towels and linens.
We rented this house for a long girls weekend to see covered bridges, have a spa day (went to Terre Haute for that), picked apples at Ditzler's Orchard, ate at Mecca Tavern, and canoed/kayaked Sugar Creek. it was a great central location for all activities. We only had a short time to go to the antique stores in Rockville, but are planning an extra day next year to do antiquing. There is plenty to do in this area and I could easily have spent an entire week, just relaxing and soaking up nature.
The nights were spend around the fire pit, chatting, and swinging in the swings in the lower level.
The beds were all comfy and the linens were soft. We loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. So peaceful and relaxing.
Thank you, Stephen, for being a great host and for requesting such perfect weather for our stay!
