While you'll enjoy your own personal paradise at home with a screened lanai, heated pool, and spillover pool spa, this property is also less than 20 miles from a number of other attractions including Gatorland, the House of Blues Orlando, and Orange Lake Golf!

This sunny and very inviting home boasts six comfortable bedrooms to accommodate groups of up to 14 individuals! Visiting chefs will feel right at home in the sparkling, well-equipped kitchen complete with a full array of stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for morning coffee or quick snacks. For mealtimes, gather around the formal table in the dining area, or head out to the lanai and dine alfresco at the shaded, poolside table with a view of the water. Out here, you'll also find a gas grill for family cookouts and a seating area for relaxing afternoons at home with a cool drink and a good book.

After exciting days at the amusement parks, switch on the central air-conditioning and meet up in the living area to stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts, but don't forget the popcorn! This home also offers a converted garage game room with foosball and a Ping-Pong table for whenever you're craving a little friendly competition.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
