I have been traveling for half my life until discovering this place of eternal spring the land of lake atitlan ..

Why they chose this property

This area boasts the best of both worlds: it is close enough to town - only 7 minute walk or 2 minute drive - and also very quiet and peaceful without any traffic noises or dogs barking .

What makes this property unique

I have designed this house with my mind on having the open space and as much natural view as possible- all the rooms have as many windows as possible- for breathtaking views !
