This is optional and paid to the clubhouse directly. We have no control over this. There are many water parks super close to the resort, as well.

- Parking Lot - There's no additional fee *Please ensure you or your guest(s) park on the designated parking spot that corresponds to your unit, that has the number of your unit painted on the ground. If there will be more than one vehicle, the other vehicle(s) must park on the non-assigned parking spot(s), that has no unit number painted on the ground.
- Extra guest - There's no additional fee up to 6 people - The resort pool, courts, and Fitness Center - $100 extra fee per group per day. - If you need to, please request Pack n' Play 1-day before your arrival.

• It´s forbidden to smoke inside the house. We have a smoke detector and an alarm that will sound upon smoke detection.
Penalties: Any person who violates s. 386.204 commits a noncriminal violation as defined in s. 775.08(3), punishable by a fine of $250 for the first violation and $400 for each subsequent violation.

• Due to the Pandemic we stopped offering wash clothes for hygienic reasons, if you need them for your stay, please bring your own. We will porvide towels!

Starter Kit for your arrival:
All our vacation homes are self-catering. Which means the guest is responsible for shopping during their stay. For your convenience we provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including: 1 dish sponge 1 dish detergent, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper tower, 1 garbage bag per bin and 3 extras for replacement, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom, 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash set per bathroom

Housekeeping:
Kindly keep in mind that this vacation home is self-maintained/catered, and that daily housekeeping services are not provided. The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized prior to each check-in, and it is the guest's responsibility to maintain the property during the stay. Cleaning service during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Thank you in advance for treating our place the way you would treat your own home!

Food and Condiments:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open products in the refrigerators or kitchen/pantry closets, therefore all food items will be removed after each check-out, and no supplies of such items will be provided.

We’re located in a vacation area, with other AIRBNB units. If for some reason, inconvenient noise after 10 pm happens, please call 911, and the police will be there right away.

• Resort amenities are NOT INCLUDED. If you want use the amenities you need to pay a fee directly to the club house.

• The BBQ grill has an extra fee of $80/stay. Just let us know and we’ll provide it.

• Pets are not allowed!

• Any kind of food or drinks are not allowed on the beds or carpet area.

We’re located in a vacation area, with another ARBNB’s units. If for some reason, inconvenient noise after 10 pm happens, please call 911, and the police will be there right away.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES) - You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. - If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.
