GUEST ACCESS
ā You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
STARTER KIT
ā Our property has a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
ā Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an open/public network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.
PARKING
ā Two parking passes are provided with your stay and will be available on the kitchen counter upon arrival. You'll receive a temporary parking pass at the guard gate, but please replace it with the official pass in the unit once you're settled in. All motorized vehicles, including golf carts and motorcycles, must display a valid Seascape parking pass, which should include the unit number, arrival and departure dates, and vehicle license plate number. Please ensure your pass is fully completed to avoid receiving a ticket, as the resort enforces this policy strictly. If you require additional parking passes, please contact our office at least 48 hours before your arrival. There is a $15 fee for extra passes.
BEACH GEAR
ā Typically, you may find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at our condo for your enjoyment! This is a leave one, take one setup, so we cannot guarantee what will be available upon arrival.
BEACH SERVICE
ā Complimentary beach service is not included but rentals are available through La Dolce Vita! More details will be provided in the House Manual that you will get after booking.
POOLS /HOT TUB
ā Majestic Sun features a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and two hot tubs! The indoor pool is heated seasonally, based on the HOA's discretion, when the temperature drops below 80Ā°F. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, year-round. Please take a moment to review and follow the safety guidelines posted near the pool area. Use of this amenity is at your own risk. For further information, please refer to the posted rules.
āāāāāāāCOMPLETE LINEN PARTICIPANT
ā This home participates in our Complete Clean Linen program ā all linens, including comforter covers, are freshly laundered after every guest stay.
SECURITY
ā Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera but the resort does have cameras in all common areas. Seascape HOA also contracts with a security service to provide security for Resort grounds and amenities.
PETS
ā Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the HOA we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
ā You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in to avoid cancellation with no refund. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
ā Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
ā We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn t an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe s in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
ā Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
ā NO SMOKING - Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with prohibited smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a unit s private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.
REFUNDS
ā Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our āgo-to guyā and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners' Statements, Accounting, and helps to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowners at all times, but we are also available to our guests.
God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (18 y/o) and Jax (8 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues. We are thankful for our cat and our dogs (Rocky and Jubilee).
We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it ā haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.
In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!
We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hard-working we are! Small gestures go a long way in this business! We love to WOW!
