Building amenities include indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, indoor lazy river, outdoor firepit, fitness center, and detached gated parking garage.

We’re so glad you’re here! We are Dave and Maria, two avid beach lovers who are hoping to make lasting memories here for our family as well as yours! We met on our first weekend in college and 13 years later are excited to begin our dream of creating our own little piece of paradise and sharing it with you. With three energetic boys 5 and under our day-to-day life is anything but a walk on the beach but we can’t wait to watch them grow with each trip we take here. We hope you and your family feel the same and choose to return year after year too!
