Upon entering this second-floor Tennis Club villa, you are greeted with tile floors and a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare meals during your stay. The kitchen opens up to the dining room with a table and seating for 4 and has convenient access to the screened porch. Hardwood floors, a comfortable sofa, two chairs, and a TV make the living room a great place for entertaining family and friends. Sliding glass doors open up to the large screened porch with seating for four to enjoy the spectacular second-floor lagoon views.
The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a TV, and easy access to the screened porch. The large bathroom features double sinks and a tile shower. The second bedroom features two full beds, a TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.
